reducing the stress of the client who has a car event:
completing the necessary steps for approving and investigating the damage file
ancillary services for the client that does not fall within the area of ​​compensation for MTPL policies (for example – towing the car of the guilty driver, from the scene of the accident)
complete and secure information from the place of the car event for the insurer, in real time, including ‘early warning’ in case of damages.

All information is provided in electronic format and available to insurers through web services or access to the damage.expert portal, ‘claims-assessment’ (damage mediation – n.r.) in the relationship damaged-insurer-car service.

According to the representatives of Daune.Expert, if the customer has a smartphone it is important to use the mobile application because it takes photos from the place of the car event with the cars involved, the place of the accident, road markings, documents of the drivers involved, date and time, information related to possible witnesses, and all this will lead to the elimination of any ambiguities, doubts about how the car accident happened, thus leading to the urgency of the investigation of the damage file and the elimination of reconstructions.

The service will be sold through brokerage platforms. The issued document certifies the validity and coverage of the service and contains the necessary instructions.
