Destine Awards Gala 2021

The most awaited internal moment of the year, DESTINE AWARDS GALA 2021, took place on Thursday, 30.06.2022.

In a special location Grand Hotel Italia from Cluj-Napoca, approx. 400 people (collaborators, employees and company leaders, Insurers partners and guests) gathered at the 15th edition of the Destine Awards Gala to celebrate the 15 years of existence of the company, respectively to reward the results and performances of 2021.

This was followed by the building of the invitations, of the Insurance partners, a film presenting the company, but also the awarding of the collaborators who advanced within the “Career Steps” program during 2021.

In the second part of the event, the performers of the intermediaries by insurance classes were awarded, but also for the sale of related services and credit intermediation, each of the Insuring partners being invited, in turn, to award diplomas and trophies offered to the winners.

Collaborating performers to intermediaries on insurance classes were:

• Class A1 – accident insurance – Ghipu – Tundreci Cristina;
• Class A2 – health insurance (individual) – Preda Alina;
• Class A2 – health insurance (group) – Popa Irina;
• Class A3 – CASCO – Zanvettor Lucian;
• Class A8 – fire and calamity insurance – Hisum Luana;
• Class A9 – asigurări agricole – Temneanu Roxana;
• Class A10 – CMR and ROT – Crișan Daniela;
• Class A13 – liability insurance – Dumitrescu Cătălina;
• Class A15 – warranty insurance – Larionesi Traian;
• Class A18 – Travel insurance – Olaru Andrei;
• Class C – Life insurance – Hobincă Ciprian;
• Receipts NON-RCA – Larionesi Traian;
• Total receipts – Pițigoi Marian.

Then came the turn of the best Destine Representations from the territorial level to be evoked, their podium being given by:

• Ploiești Representative  – 3rd place;
• Suceava Representative  – 2nd place;
• Ialomița Representative – 1st place.

The most awaited section of the DESTINATION AWARDS GALA – 2021, the awarding of prizes related to career stages and the BROKER Trophy of the Year 2021, was in line with the expectations of those present at the event.

Entered the role of host, Mr. Marius Duțu, Vice President of Destine Holding, presented, in turn, the best Destine Broker collaborators from each career stage III – X, the awarding of prizes going, of course, to Mr. Romeo Bocănescu.

Winning contributors on career steps are:

• Broker Step Senior – Alecu Bogdan;
• Main Broker Step – Bugeac Teodor;
• Zonal Broker Step 1 – Manta Nicu;

• Regional Broker Step 1 – Becheru Cristian;
• Regional Broker Step 2 – Bojan Diana.

As for the BROKER OF THE YEAR Trophy, after an intense, collegial and professional fight, The TROPHY was won by Mr. Viorel – Vasile Mocanu – Destine Hunedoara (Brad) representative.

Here is the full ranking in terms of the coveted trophy, Broker of the Year 2021:

• 5th place – Becheru Cristian;
• 5th place – Bojan Diana;
• 4th place – Manta Nicu;
• 3rd place – Alecu Bogdan;
• 2nd place – Trifan Loredana;
• 1st place – Mocanu Viorel.

Colleagues were also awarded diplomas of merit General Brokers, as well as colleagues from the Central Administration for initiatives, actions, devotion, involvement and merits in the development of the company during 2021.

The event ended with Destine PARTY, where the good mood, socialization, smiles, hugs continued deep into the night, accompanied, it is true, by Latin and fiddle rhythms, of some special guests from the Romanian show-bizz.
