Destine Broker<\/a>, the second broker after the level of intermediated premiums in 2021, recorded a doubling of the net profit<\/strong> last year, to 7.26 million lei, amid the increase in brokerage revenues by 45%, to 113.94 million lei, according to data displayed by the Ministry of Public Finance.<\/p>\n

With a share of 6.84%, compared to 5.72% in 2020, the company rose last year from 3rd to 2nd place.<\/h3>\n

Destine Broker started in 2007 and is fully controlled by Destine Holding<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Destine Holding shareholders are Romeo Boc\u0103nescu – 27.05%, Dumitru Jitariu – 14.55%, Ramona Maria Iordache – 11.8675%, Camelia Elena Popescu – 6.25%, Trifan Gaspar – 5.15% and other shareholders – 35.13%.<\/p>\n
