Information note on the processing of personal data<\/h3>\n

This form is based on the European Regulation no 2016\/679<\/a>
\nregarding the protection of personal data and aims to inform you about the rights you have regarding the processing of personal data hereinafter referred to as “Data” by DESTINE<\/strong> Broker<\/strong>, as an independent operator or associated operator. The essence of the agreements concluded is the collaboration between the Broker and the Insurer with a view to issuing insurance offers, issuing policies, managing policies.<\/p>\n

DESTINE<\/strong> Broker<\/strong> will process personal data consisting of, but not limited to, first name, last name, personal numeric code, signature, contact address, telephone, e-mail, data on the insurable asset, data on the contractor, the insured and \/ or the beneficiaries of the policy, the payer or the damage history as the case may be.<\/p>\n

The purposes of the data processing<\/strong> are generated by the activity of intermediation in insurance and related services and consist of the following::<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Purpose consulting \/ bidding \/ issuing insurance contract \/ remodeling \/ intermediation<\/em> – <\/strong>The company will process the Data for the purpose of offering specific consultancy in the field of insurance, obtaining insurance offers from the partner insurance companies, issuing insurance contracts.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Purpose of insurance policy administration, damage assistance, consulting – <\/em><\/strong>The Company will process the Data for the purpose of administering your insurance policies and to intervene in your support in relation with the insurance companies in the production of the insured risk.<\/p>\n

The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data<\/strong> may be represented, as the case may be: The contract \/ insurance policy to which the data subject is a party or the express request of the data subject to obtain an insurance offer through DESTINE Broker, fulfilling the legal obligations, the fulfillment of the legitimate interests in the context of carrying out the activity object of DESTINE Broker, the consent of the data subject, where appropriate.<\/p>\n

Personal data can be transferred to<\/strong>: suppliers directly \/ indirectly involved in the process of offering, issuing, administering insurance policies and offering assistance for damages (PAID, insurance-reinsurance companies in Romania or in the European Union as well as other companies from the group to which they belong, damages services companies, archiving companies, IT service providers, courier companies, law firms), state authorities.<\/p>\n

The data will be stored \/ archived by DESTINE Broker for a period of 10 years from the date of issue of the offer \/ insurance policy \/ opening of the damage file, or until the withdrawal of your consent in case of personal data regarding the health of the data subject .<\/p>\n

We inform you that you have, as a whole, the following data rights in the relationship between you and the Company: Right of access, Right of rectification, Right to delete data<\/strong> (“Right to be forgotten”), Right to withdraw consent, Right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to oppose processing, the right to file a complaint with the Company or ANSPDCP, the right to address justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> If, in order to conclude an insurance contract through DESTINE Broker, you also transmit the personal data of another person, you have the obligation to inform the respective person within a maximum of 1 month from the date of providing the personal data.<\/p>\n
